Senior Engineer Package Definition - Support the package R&D project definition stage and continue to package design expert throughout the project phase. Our Package development team is expanding and join us if you have relevant experience in semiconductor assembly operations R&D specifically in Package Design for Power Semiconductors

In your new role you will:

- Support the **package R&D project **definition stage and continue to package design expert throughout project phase
- Drive the **Package cost calculation **with stakeholders from various department
- Drive the **Package Design FMEA**:

- Prepare all **documents **to support logistic setup of **new Power Packages**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Bachelor’s Degree **in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, ElectronicsPhysics)
- Minimum **3 years **related experience in semiconductor **assembly operations R&D.**:

- Relevant experience in a **Package Design for Power Semiconductors **is preferred.
- Knowledge in **AutoCAD and 3D drafting.**:

- Willingness to **travel regularly to Indonesia (Batam)**:

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
