**Administrative Assistant / Office Management Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with co-ordinate events
- Assist with Travelling arrangement and Receptionist duties
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Update, print and bind presentations with PowerPoint, word and excel
- Managing pantry, ordering food for meetings etc.
- Perform other administrative duties and undertake ad hoc projects
- Carry out instructions given by the management team

**Requirements**:
2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager / receptionist / Event Management will be preferred

Must be energetic and street smart

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage senior stakeholders

Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented

Ability to multitask and function independently and proactively with mínimal oversight

Ability to work in a team environment
