We are currently seeking out-going, detail-oriented, service-focused individuals for our retail store to join our Delcie's family full-time.

Bakery Service Operation Crew responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Be an ambassador of the brand; keep positive service your attitude
- Maintain great customer service and answering customers' queries on various sales channels
- Handle daily operations activities, such as Cashiering, Grab-&-Go pastries and cake section.
- Observe great housekeeping & cleanliness standards
- Handle daily in-store stock and customer’s order requisition, delivery arrangement, collection, replenishment and disposal of used stock
- Perform other duties as requested by the Operation Manager.
- To carry out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas
- Able to multi-task effectively and handle different job tasks independently as well as in a team
- Share current work processes and procedures with supervisors during process improvement review meeting

**Requirements**:

- Diploma level (preferred relating to retail/hospitality/marketing) or relevant skills
