- Our client is a growth-oriented renewable energy company that owns and operates a portfolio of 258 renewable energy facilities across 3 geographies, totalling 198 MW of installed capacity.

This is a finance leadership role overseeing the finance and treasury management function where you will manage a team of the middle management team. You will be a strategic business partner and advisor to the regional leadership team in formulating the regional business strategies, developing and tracking performance indicators and managing the regional budget while ensuring that financial compliance and operational objectives are achieved. You will direct and strengthen the overall finance capabilities in bringing out values to businesses as well as look into areas of digitisation, big-data to build the future of finance. You will support corporate exercises including M&A, deal structuring and pricing as well as post-merger integration and monitoring of financials.

On a weekly and monthly basis, you are expected to
- Prepare management and group management reports
- Manage the budget process and provide timely reports on performance against budget
- Provide support and advises traders, operations, treasury and risk management teams
- Provide insight and recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth plans of the organization.
- Engage and interact with the Board of Directors, CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and round table discussion panel.
- Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines
- Ideally more than 15 years of finance discipline with at least 10 years in a Managerial post
- More than 5 years in renewable and tech sectors, ideally with IPO settings
