Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Director, Third Party Intermediary Ethics & Compliance (TPEC) ASPAC, located in Singapore.

Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) who transact or interact with healthcare professionals or government officials in relation to the business relationship with J&J are considered to be one of the highest priorities for addressing compliance risks. TPEC enables our J&J business colleagues to engage and retain the right TPIs by providing industry-leading processes and systems to effectively and efficiently manage TPI ethics and compliance risk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Regional TPEC team as well as other partners in terms of identifying, mitigating, and preventing overall compliance risks related to TPIs, and for driving awareness and accountability by local senior business leaders
- Provide advice on designing and implementing appropriate compliance programs for TPIs to meet JNJ’s compliance expectations in ASPAC countries with focus on China
- Lead the risk-based red flag management on TPIs in multiple countries in ASPAC including China ensuring robust and consistent review, assessment, and oversight at the regional level
- Lead the implementation of TPI lifecycle management, including TPI monitoring and support for HCC team in terms of on-site visits, optional risk mitigation measures, and data analysis in conjunction with data transformation projects
- Provide support and advice on management action plans (MAP) relating to incidents, and work together with other functions within HCC to support MAP monitoring and confirmation of closure

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degrees in legal, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Project Management, etc. while graduate degrees in related area would be preferred
- Proficient in Mandarin and English for business use (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
- Proven track record and experience in legal, compliance, or operational audit in healthcare industry
- Extensive experience in project management
- Travel percentage - 10% international travels
