**Project Title**

Developing Interactive Facility Training Materials

**Project Objective**

In the semiconductor industry, a wafer fabrication plant requires reliable Facilities Management System to ensure stable resources supporting the plant/tools for a 24/7 operation while maintaining contaminate-free environment.

This project aims to create an effective and interactive training videos to enhance the learning experience and guide new hires and employees with the knowledge and skills to perform and master the skillsets on the required tasks.

**Project Description**

Interns will get exclusive insights and hands-on experience in Global Foundries’ state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing environment. Through shadowing experts in the field and assisting in works in Facilities, you will gain deeper understanding on various aspects of Facilities and be proficient in creating effective training videos on Facilities and Cleanroom Management Systems.

You will also be presented with various opportunities such as roundtable with management and inter-department networking and interactions. Interns will also be given chances to consolidate their learning and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Project Outcome**

Interns will gain experience in the semiconductor industry, successful completion of effective interactive training content to enhance learning experiences for employees.

At the end of the internship, a presentation of learning experience with recommendations for improvement is required.

**Required Qualifications**:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Computer and Communication / Media

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic experience in photography and videography
- Proficient in video-editing software
