- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the customer(s), and manage the flow and quality of work to maximise efficiency and minimise overtime.
- Inspect facility, equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
- Conduct daily Tool Box meeting with warehouse staff to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity, loss prevention and all aspects of safety.
- Communicate with Traffic and internal facilities, to ensure on time delivery and collection.
