**Roles & Responsibilities**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
This incumbent is responsible for managing, organizing and retrieving stock.

**DIMENSIONS**:
This incumbent is responsible for preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule; receiving and processing warehouse stock products; performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits

**NATURE AND SCOPE**:
Report Relationship - This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

B. General Department Overview - The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with the Administration Officer to prepare raw materials for production and local and overseas shipments.

**C. Area of Responsibility**:

- Operate of forklift, stacker/scissor lift.
- Handling of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Loading/unloading of goods into the containers.
- Receiving of incoming goods.
- Participate in cycle count & stock take.
- Maintain 5S housekeeping in the warehouse & loading bay.

G. Requirements
- Secondary education.
- Able to read and write basic English.
- Possess forklift driving license.
- One year experience in driving forklift.
- Possess a safety-first mindset.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITY**:
a. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).

b. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).

c. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.

d. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.

e. Complete diary logs into inventory.

f. Report any discrepancies.

g. Communicate and with liaise with various internal departments on the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

h. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.

i. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
