**The Company**

Our client is a luxury retail MNC, seeking for an interim Change Management Analyst (6 months' maternity cover), reporting to the CFO.

**The Role**
- As part of their finance function, you will support the SAP Implementation and other Projects
- You will play a key role in ensuring the project meets objectives by increasing employees' engagement and adoption
- You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, internal controls, job roles and organization structures
- The resource will have the opportunity to work in an international environment collaborating with different business teams
- Understanding of major business goals and change priorities for the programs/projects assigned
- Understanding of business processes, internal controls to facilitate change adoption and communication to support the business on an intensive growth mode
- Support change impact analyses, assessing change readiness, propose and implement key actions to facilitate the change
- Supporting the design and implementation of five Change Management Actions per each project/program assigned (Change Steering and Monitoring, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Analysis and Training) in collaboration with different business, projects teams and HQ teams.
- Performing ad hoc analysis and prepare specific documentation
- Measuring benefit realization and the achievement of results and outcomes

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience in an in-house corporate MNC setting or in a consulting business
- Solid analytical skills and business acumen
- Savvy in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
