**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective institutional sales strategies to drive business growth in the APAC region.
- Identify and target key institutional clients, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their investment needs.
- Present investment solutions and strategies to institutional clients, highlighting the company's expertise in multi-assets management.
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment between client needs and investment offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives to support institutional sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting institutional investors.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and client events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in institutional sales within the asset management industry, specifically in multi-assets.
- Proven track record of successfully driving institutional sales and achieving business targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the APAC institutional investor landscape and an established network of institutional contacts.
- Strong understanding of multi-assets investment strategies and products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts to institutional clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a client-focused mindset.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel within the APAC region as needed.
