Job Scope:

- Address all parent inquiries through various channels (walk-ins, social media).
- Provide support for daily operations at the enrichment center.
- Engage in in-center sales activities when required.
- Coordinate trial classes with parents and promote our programs professionally to potential parents and students.
- Work towards achieving company targets, maximizing student base, and enhancing retention.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and issuing of receipts.
- Able and willing to work on Sundays.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and conversational skills.
- Adaptable, dedicated and reliable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Facebook Meta Business Suite and Google Drive is an advantage.
- Minimum O levels or Diploma qualification.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
