The Web Ads and Open-loop eCommerce Product Strategy & Operations team is part of the TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and holds a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, such as eCommerce, Retail, Travel, Media & Entertainment, etc to make TikTok an irreplaceable growth channel for businesses of all sizes and a favourite destination for consumers to discover and purchase products, content, and services. We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's Ads revenue and working on building the next-generation performance ads solution for TikTok.

We are looking to bring on an experienced Product Operations & Incubation Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of products from understanding customer needs, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to support product planning and build phase as well as go-to-market planning and execution to launch products globally to reach all of our TikTok marketers. Typically broken into inbound, product testing (alphas/betas) and outbound, this person will have the opportunity to be the expert on the customer needs and use market insights to develop the strategic direction for our web performance solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Owner of 1-2 web ads product solutions in TikTok's solution suite with a strong understanding of auction ads capabilities.
- Define the global product strategy for TikTok's Web Ads solutions
- you will be instrumental in setting Go-To-Market strategy for the ecosystem and ensuring flawless execution of product launches in global markets.
- Lead market understanding, opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, customer feedback and represent the market with Product Management and engineering. Influence product requirements with a clear articulation of customer feedback and market insights, becoming a trusted partner to product and thought leader in the problem/solution space.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
- Partner closely with regional counterparts to drive in-market activations, sales enablement and product adoption
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader TikTok ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic feedback and positioning
- Participate in establishing a high caliber/best in class product marketing team at TikTok by leveraging opportunities to share best practices, evolve our processes and frameworks that benefit the entire team and PSO organization

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree or above.
- 5 years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.
- 4+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of web solutions for different industries.
- Strong knowledge of media measurement techniques, particularly related to upper-funnel objectives
- Experience partnering with and influencing multiple cross-functional teams across product, sales, and PR
- Strong problem-solving mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Preferred - 3+ years in media measurement at an advertiser, agency, publisher, or measurement company
