**Who Are We?**

At HoYoverse, we are committed to creating immersive virtual world experiences for players around the world. **What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for the processing of sensitive community data, cooperating with relevant departments to push forward business initiatives.
- Responsible for community compliance, cooperating with global compliance departments to update and iterate community terms and functions.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience in community product operations or project management.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Hands-on knowledge of online communities and community operations, with a clear understanding of our company's products and users.
- High level of sensitivity toward data, strong in logical thinking, strong analysis and summarization skills.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to push forward multi-person, cross-team projects in a collaborate and effective manner.
