**About the Team**:
We want to ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our apps, while protecting our brand. The Global Monetization Integrity team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks relating to issues involving Ads and commerce and to enable advertiser quality on our platform.
This leadership role requires a great deal of complex problem-solving experience across time-zones and true entrepreneurial spirit. You will be shaping the landscape of the advertising policy team.
**Key responsibilities**:
1. Building process to scale; establish a structure that empowers ongoing, sustainable growth.
2. Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement Ad policy strategies
3. Partner with cross-functional teams including Policy leaders, Sales, Product and Legal to develop new advertising policies and enforcement criteria
4. Localize policies that align with global and regional policies through international ecosystem
5. Identify gaps and problem areas in policies and propose revisions
6. Manage, mentor and develop a high performing team
7. Support advertising brand safety team by delivering training and conducting quality analysis to improve accuracy and efficiency
8. Work directly with sellers to support campaigns from inception to conclusion
9. Establish early warning, prevention and control of advertising business and industry risks based on the brand safety requirements.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
1. Bachelors degree in public policy, law or related fields
2. Deep experience in policy, policy enforcement, specifically regarding media/content monetization or equivalent professional experience
3. Demonstrable leadership experience; proven track record of building, leading a high performance team
4. Previous experience working across multi-markets
**Preferred qualifications**:
1. Strong experience in online advertising regulations policies and risk management
2. Able to provide constructive proposals on different operating models, ideally has experience managing complex outsourcing projects
3. Deep understanding of the digital landscape and passionate about the TikTok product
