Nestled amidst the Forest Terrace is our signature restaurant Mosella, which introduces a sharing concept of Mediterranean cuisine with a refreshing Peruvian twist. The Beach Terrace brings a resort-like experience to the heart of the city, and above, the Garden Terrace is home to Florette, our Champagne & Oysters specialty bar. At the highest levels of the Cloud Terrace, level 18 houses Orchard’s highest pillarless ballroom, Claymore Ballroom.

The Role

**Be part of an amazing team at PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD, SINGAPORE to redefine the city's landscape.**

The **Housekeeping Team Leader **supervises and inspects cleaning of guest rooms, service areas, guest corridors, and back of the house staircases and all Public Areas as assigned. He/she is also responsible for planning coordination and administration of rooms/public area operations.

**Our Expectations**:

- Ensure continual effective pest control system is in place to rid the hotel of all vermin. Continually monitor and address any pest situations in the hotel immediately.
- Assist in ensuring the protection and maintenance for all equipment used in the Housekeeping Department. Monitor, through Stayplease and ensure the completion of all work orders pertaining to Housekeeping Department.
- Assist in overseeing all external contractors working in the hotel.
- Assist in overseeing all maintenance of plants, gardening and landscaping operations of the hotel, including floral arrangements.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of an environmentally friendly approach to all aspects of the Housekeeping Department
- Carry out regular inspection of guest rooms/public areas. Inspect arrival rooms, occupied rooms, checking of different stations of Public Areas monitoring VIP events.
- Checking of Room Attendants trolleys and pantries regularly to ensure its properly arranged and maintained, checks of Public Area storage space/pantries to ensure upkeep.
- Ensure the protection and maintenance for all equipment used in the Housekeeping Department and ensure the completion of all work orders pertaining to Housekeeping.
- Conduct joint performance appraisal review of Room Attendants with the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
- Participate and contribute actively in all quality assurance programmes eg LQA, GSTC. Ensure that Room Attendants are briefed and have good working knowledge of such prorgammes.
- Ensure proper record keeping of all Housekeeping documentation.
- Working knowledge of Stayplease operations management system.
