**Role**:
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing communications while working alongside sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of sales support materials such as, presentations, case studies, product sheets, and proposal templates.
- Ensure that all sales collateral aligns with the brand guidelines and communicates key messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify their content needs and ensure they have up-to-date and relevant materials to use in their outreach.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure they are aware of ongoing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product updates that can help them with prospecting and closing deals.
- Help monitor and analyse the performance of lead-generation activities, working with sales to ensure that leads are appropriately followed up on and converted into customers.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of sales-related marketing initiatives, sharing findings and recommendations for improvement with the sales and marketing teams.
- Help create event materials, such as brochures, banners, and digital assets, ensuring they support the sales team’s objectives at events.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or in any related field. No experience is welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clear, compelling messages to both internal teams and external customers.
- A passion for supporting sales teams, with a desire to learn how marketing strategies align with sales objectives.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially marketing, sales, and product teams, to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail, especially when preparing sales materials or tracking campaign performance.
- Willingness to adapt quickly to changing business needs and marketing strategies.
