Capital Development & Investor Relations Analyst

Job Function Summary

This role will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for relationship development and support for Millennium’s existing Asian investors and prospects. The individual will report to the Head of Capital Development, Asia and will assist in the day-to-day contact for investor inquiries and requests across the region. The role will have a heavy emphasis on managing investor inquiries, planning roadshows and coordinating outreach and responses to investors with the Capital Development and Investor Relations team.

Principal Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Head of Capital Development, Asia to maintain and develop strong relationships with prospective clients across the region
- Plan, prepare and execute regularly scheduled roadshows across the major business centers in APAC
- Interact and coordinate with global Capital Development and Investor Relations team during regular weekly calls and other communications
- Produce management reporting pertaining to investor activity and ongoing pipeline development

Qualifications/Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing / client service role at a hedge fund, financial services or asset management company.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams
- Knowledge of alternative investment products and strategies
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a strong team
- Strong ability to adjust to changing industry and entrepreneurial environment
