Singapore CALYPSO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be overall in charge of the site operation matter of Structure, Architectural and M&E.
- To organize and arrange all the necessity of the daily site operation matter, first thing in the morning.
- Manage resources and plan for site access, passenger/materials hoist, tower cranes position, storage location, equipment usage, overall site housekeeping and etc.
- During construction period ensure the project is on track and avoid any obstruction during the stage of works.
- To liaise with security guard on the sub-contractor machinery, truck or lorry movement within the site during construction period.
- To study and understand the drawing of Structural, Architectural and M&E for site operation.
- To plan ahead on daily site operation for rebar ordering, concrete ordering and casting timing and schedule.
- To manage washing bay, temporary power and electricity, temporary toilet, sub-contractor storage and offices, personnel to duty after working hour for any heavy down pour.
- Responsible for the progress and cash flow for the project against contract document and master program.
- To work closely with safety officer to ensure site safety are in good condition always.
- Liaise with PM on sub-contractor and supplier matters.
- Monitoring of concrete and rebar delivery.
- Plan and advise structural foreman on the structural construction sequencing and arrangement.
- Liaise with PM on the CONQUAS/QM assessment.
- Inspect with RTO/RE on works carried out by sub-contractors and accompany client engineer (if necessary) to inspect the works.
- To liaise and attend with any authority site visit and inspection.
- Resolved any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Oversee quality control and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
- Provide information to the public to keep them informed and in the case any issue arise before/during and after the construction plans the works and advice the workers of individual task and ensure works delivered.
- Lead the team of engineering personnel and define their scope and to ensure works are comply with safety, health and environment requirement.
- Responsible to work extra hours for any operation after working hour are deemed to be part of the overall responsibility.
- Any other duties assigned by the PM.
