**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate site manpower & subcontractors’ deployment to ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with the schedule
- Monitor the use of site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they are deployed and utilized optimally and effectively in accordance with the project cost budget
- Prepare and update manpower, materials and plant schedule
- Ensure all materials and labour costs are properly checked, measured and valued
- Ensure all short-term programmes are properly coordinated to all parties concerned
- Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
- Plan and organize various statutory inspections and handover with client’s representatives
- Check and ensure that subordinates and contractors are working on latest construction information and in accordance with the required quality standards
- Reduce waste and abortive works and promote good environmental and sustainable practices

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Building Studies/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years’ experience in the control and supervision of construction projects
- Experience as Site Agent/Sub Agent in major building projects preferred
- Good safety knowledge and attitude
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
