We are currently looking for a high-energy, driven, and eloquent Finance Executive focusing on Credit Control / Accounts Receivables. You will be working closely with our Finance Manager as well as our business development team.
- Following up on buyers' payments closely (buyers are mainly Chinese, hence eloquent in Chinese is preferred) and arrange for collections
- Updating accounts receivables portal on buyers comments and payment schedules
- Discussing and planning with Finance Manager on ageing report, buyers' alternative payment schedules, and buyers' information
- Invoicing to all buyers during end month closing and ensuring accurate price/amount reflection
- Data Entry of all orders/billings/credit notes into our system
- Assist in other month-end activities
- Assist in administrative works
- Assist the Finance Manager to with ad-hoc tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- accounts receviable: 1 year (preferred)
- invoicing/billing: 1 year (preferred)
- credit control: 1 year (preferred)
