**Job Details**

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with business to provide in-depth, accurate and timely analysis to support the decision making. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
- Responsible for annual Plan and rolling forecast. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and ensures delivery of accurate and timely forecasts.
- Deliver high quality financial reporting and ensure forecast accuracy on monthly and quarterly estimates of various financial KPI’s of the business and in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Assess business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. Ensure risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility. Identify and communicate commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions.
- Closely monitor and manage the month end close process of the SEA region to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the monthly finance performance.
- Ad hoc analysis to support business needs.

**Experience and Skills**
- 8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting and auditing related areas with a focus on FP&A and solid accounting / reporting experience.
- 3+ years of solid team management experience.
- Strong strategical-thinking skill, decisive and logical.
- Advanced Excel and data management skills are required.
- Familiar with multiple ERP systems or experienced in ERP system migration is preferred.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and / or Accounting.
- Recognized professional accountancy qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
