**Responsibilities**:
This individual is focused in financial planning and analysis, add value to the process of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the Business in Asia Pacific.
- Support Group’s planning and forecasting to achieve short-term and mid-term growth
- Contribute to raise the standards of financial planning and analysis in the region
- Perform monthly/quarterly sales and financial performance gap analysis against budget and quarterly forecast with clarifying issues (Gross Profit, Expenses, Capex, Inventory, etc.)
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly management reports to top management and Headquarters
- Coordinate with Shared Service Providers to ensure proper and timely deliverables by them
- Take the administrative role of the Team - Data entry and generation; Preparing templates for consolidation and analysis; Meetings/VC arrangements, Meeting minutes taking; etc.
- In charge or involve in regional projects for Group’s policy/process alignment; compliance; productivity improvements and tasks as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA; Business; or equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant experience in financial planning & analysis in a regional role (Asia Pacific)
- IT skill and literacy: Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- May involve international travelling
