As HR Executive (Payroll), your primary task will be to support payroll process and secondary task will be support with managers and staff in providing HR support, and solutions on HR matters. You support the end-to-end delivery of HR operations processes, from problem definition, solution design to execution. You also participate in programs and projects to implement innovative processes. The aim is creating excellent employee experience which begins at on-boarding through to their last day of service.
**What will you deliver?**
- Process and manage payroll at a timely manner.
- Assist to administer employment benefits.
- Manage claims from government agencies to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents.
- Create records, update and maintain the HR system to ensure information is time-bound and accurate.
- Prepare HR reports and documents.
- Maintain proper filing of HR files.
- Support in training plans; manage post-training follow up and process funding claims from the government agencies.
- Manage the separation process.
- Participate in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Vallen’s and the Group’s HR policies and procedures.
- Support all key HR initiatives and projects rollout.
- Other HR adhoc duties assigned
**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Experience in HR management
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to create effective internal business partnerships
- Ability to effectively work in multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
