**The opportunity**

To lead and oversee the finance functions and reporting of the Singapore and Malaysia entities, including managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.

**Experience required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
- CAA or CPA certification is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations in a multi-country or multinational setting.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is an advantage.
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP software.
- In-depth knowledge of legislation and commercial principals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals and objectives with broader business strategies.
- Experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Comfortable with occasional travel
