- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies to enhance the overall performance of the industrial and logistics property portfolio.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align asset management objectives with the company's overall goals and financial targets.
- **Financial Analysis**:

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in asset management of industrial and logistics properties in the Australian market would be advantageous, not a necessity.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic financial plans.
- Experience in managing capital expenditure projects, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing value-added opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Australian real estate regulations and market trends would be preferred, but not a pre-requisite.
