Lendlease Investment Management is currently searching for an experienced Asset Manager to join the team.

Delivering iconic and award-winning projects, we are setting standards in innovative and industry-leading project management, construction and design services locally and globally.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement asset strategy, through short, medium and longer term asset planning and financial budgets for the retail/commercial assets- Identify, conceptualise, develop and execute asset enhancement initiatives through innovation and teamwork, working closely with internal development and project/design management teams, external consultants (e.g. quantity surveyors, architects, QPs, MEP consultants etc.) and government authorities/agencies- Active asset management, centre positioning and strategic tenancy mix to maximise the NLA/efficiency, attractiveness and value of the retail/commercial assets- Lead, motivate and coordinate with various internal functional teams including centre management/operations, facility management, leasing and marketing etc. to ensure consistent high quality asset performance- Evaluate the commercial viability of capex projects through cost-benefit analysis, preparation of business plans and reports and its presentation of proposals for management/owners’ approval- Analyse and review asset performance and valuation against the business/asset plan, and prepare regular asset reports for updates to management and owners- Involved in the evaluation of new asset acquisition and opportunities

The person is required to have:
- Good understanding of the asset industry in the retail mall/commercial mixed development- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills- Has an innovative and strategic mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to lead and influence- An analytical mind and be comfortable with financial numbers- Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member within a dynamic environment

Education/Experience:
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in real estate, finance or architecture- At least 5 years’ experience in asset management or 6 years relevant experience in the retail mall management- Has delivered certain successful achievements in the relevant field- Asset analysis experience and proficient in Microsoft Excel platform
