**Your role in a nutshell**:
The Finance Business Partner, APAC Franchise is at the heart of decision making and plays a critical role in partnering the Head Franchise team and acting as a co-pilot to the General Manager in un-locking and preserving value for the Head Franchise business. With full P&L responsibility, this role will bring best-in-class performance management, insight, and analytics which drive better business performance and decisions making to deliver sustainable competitive growth.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Performance Management**
- Key lead for financial performance reviews and analysis
- Co-own the full P&L together with the General manager to set and drive Retail Sales, Turnover, and EBIT targets
- Provide continuous performance monitoring identifying key trends and proposing actions to capture opportunities and mitigate threats
- Facilitate and monitor monthly tracking of actuals, budgets, and forecasts across the region

**Operational Management**
- Forge active stakeholder management between AR, Franchise Account team, Commercial and Supply chain leads
- Monitor the credit limits and orders which may be impacted at month-end
- Ensure that core financial control processes are embedded across the HF business

**Long term value creation & strategy**
- Lead the annual budget process and collaborate with the Head Franchise team to co-create the financial targets across mid & long term
- Drive business case assessment of new markets / new HF relationships / new distribution channels
- Evaluate and assess investment opportunities including store refurbishment & marketing activity
- Support growth initiatives; innovations and building sustainable growth

- Working knowledge of S&OP and/or Annual Planning processes
- Strong analytical skills

**Experience**:

- Ideally 10 years + experience of working in a finance department
- Retail / FMCG / Franchising

**Qualifications**:

- Business or accounting qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft core programs including excel, word, PowerPoint including pivot tables and databases

**Technical & Professional competencies required**:

- Understanding of international accounting practices and standards
- Ability to interpret financial statements quickly and accurately
- Several languages (including English)
- Excel and pivot tables
- Working knowledge of SAP and some POS systems
