**Job Description**:
Automotive Sector
- Inventory planning and cost management
- Source for potential vendors (local and overseas)
- Compare and evaluate quotes from suppliers
- Negotiate procurement contract terms and pricing with suppliers
- Raise & issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Create Purchase Orders in the accounting system
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely goods delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Liaise with supplier for arrangements on returned goods
- Follow up on credit notes for goods returned to supplier
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information & invoices
- Prepare regular purchase analysis reports and purchases trend
- Source sales for slow-moving inventory and coordinate such sales
- Work together with storekeeper to monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Work with storekeeper to ensure proper storage of inventory and consumables.
- Backup storekeeper duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Well organised in work
- Good knowledge in car spare parts and the suppliers locally
- Able to source from overseas suppliers and online sites to order in the spare parts to Singapore (i.e. familiar with freight arrangement on top of the ordering of parts)
- Minimum 3 years experience and proven to have good experience in current role
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work fast-paced environment
