**Job brief
We are looking for a **Operations Manager **to organize and oversee the daily operations of our company. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or similar management role.
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility with a high level of initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills - resourceful, ability to think critically, navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems and find solutions.
- Independent and resourceful while being a great team player - Able to work cohesively in a team while being able to carry out individual responsibilities independently and effectively.
- Meticulous - Attention to detail, ability to produce consistent quality work even under pressure
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and business environment
