As Account General Manager & Administrator you are required to:

- Directly report to the managing director of the company and dotted line report to the Head of Operations;
- Liaise, coordinate with the outlet managers and Head of Operations;
- Regularly update, record and maintain accurate books and records. Input transactions into our accounting system;
- Assist with processing invoice payments and upkeep/maintain our system;
- Assist with payrolls, salary payments, payslips and other inquiries from employees;
- Assist with management of our HR management system/software;
- Manage queries from customers or any other third parties regarding customer complaints, questions, event queries, marketing/sponsorship opportunities;
- Any other administrative support as needed and others.

**Requirements**:
Minimum +5 years experience in accounts and administrative function. F&B experience is a plus.
