
Marketing and Marcoms Specialist, Sea

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in SEA.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify business opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing communications to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Drive brand awareness and market penetration through targeted marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and market insights
**Requirements:
**i. **Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in market analysis, B2B marketing, and brand management, preferably in the SEA market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in market research tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands on experience with web content management tools and online marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more SE Asian languages preferred. Ability to travel within the SEA region as needed.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Must possess strong initiative and resiliency.
- Strong ability to manage data and create financial models and contribute to sales pipeline.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Buy-off of strategy by key stakeholders.
- Quality (creativity and implementability) of insights provided. Willing to travel up to 15% for customer facing activities.
