**Job Description**:

- Promote and sell the Hotel products and services
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales activities with regular clients
- Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business
- Manage group reservation and rooming list, accept & monitor wait list reservations
- Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures etc
- Investigate, record and manage “no show” reservations
- Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
- Liaise with Front Office and Finance departments on all reservations requiring credit approval
- Be informed of special rates/ offers/ promotions
- Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates
- Prepare reservation sales reports
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience as hotel reservation agent, concierge, or experience in customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills
