Job Description & Requirements
- Reviewing Tender Documents & Drawings
- Responsible for the accurate estimation of quantities and tender cost estimates to aid management in bidding on or determining price of projects
- Manage all costs and expenditures of projects within budgets so as to achieve the profit targets of assigned projects
- Implement contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of record concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to client
- Submit Progress Claims, VO settlements and Final Account Settlements
- Able to read and understand AutoCad Construction Drawings
- Attend meetings/ briefings when required
- ITE/Diploma
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work with minimum supervisions
- Hardworking, Independent and detailed oriented
