**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Customer Service**
Explain product features, taste profiles, and origin of our Zhengong branded baijiu.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- **Product Knowledge**
Develop in-depth understanding of our Zhengong baijiu brand, alcohol content, and usage occasions.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- **Inventory Support**
Assist with stock counts, deliveries, and ensuring stock accuracy.
Report fast
- or slow-moving items and customer preferences to management.
- **Language & Cultural Fit**
Communicate fluently in **Chinese (spoken and written)**to effectively assist Chinese-speaking customers.
Understand cultural preferences and etiquette, particularly for gifting and celebratory liquor purchases.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) - spoken and written**_(mandatory) _
- Minimum 1 year of sales or retail experience, preferably in liquor, FMCG, or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in liquor or beverage sales.
- Knowledge of Chinese liquor (e.g., Baijiu, Huangjiu) and customer buying habits.
- Basic proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
