**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating closely with your squad to deliver product and engineering goals.
- Building **high-quality, maintainable, and reusable frontend systems**.
- Providing **technical leadership** through mentoring, coaching, and promoting best practices.
- Helping defines and drive initiatives with high impact — especially those that serve the public good.
- Setting up engineering tools and practices that foster a culture of craftsmanship and high performance.
- Proactively managing external dependencies and working across teams as needed.
- Co-creating and evolving **technical roadmaps** with other engineering leaders to align with long-term business and product goals.

**What We're Looking For**

We’re looking for a strong engineer who leads by example, builds with empathy, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

**Skills**:

- Experience with **modern frontend development** — especially **React.js** and its ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a **technical leader**: mentoring peers, setting direction, and shaping team culture.

- Belief that software is a **team sport** and pride in helping others grow.
- A genuine interest in using technology for **public good**.
- Experience mentoring or coaching **junior engineers**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
