This is a critical role within the Global People Operations team that will play an important role in delivering efficiency and effectiveness goals for the HR function globally.
You will be responsible lead the development and implementation of HR analytics and reporting, workforce planning, and HR budgeting processes. In addition, you will partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support the achievement of business goals.
**Role Accountabilities**:
Lead the development and implementation of HR analytics and reporting, including the development of dashboards and reports to track HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce planning needs and develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR budgeting processes and ensure that HR budgets are aligned with business objectives and financial targets.
Develop and maintain HR analytics capabilities and data management processes.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders to support decision-making.
Ensure that HR data is accurate, complete, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
Lead and manage a team of HR planning and analysis professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful implementation of HR planning and analysis initiatives.
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics and workforce planning.
**Knowledge & Experiences**:
Experience establishing program structure for optimal ROI, coordinating, and delegating cross-functional initiatives
Knowledge & Experience in IT Project Management (highly desirable)
Knowledge & Experience in NPI Product Development & Management (highly desirable)
Knowledge & Experience in Process Improvement
Experience developing and implementing HR analytics and reporting processes (SAP People Analytics, Power BI)
**Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Extensive experience in HR planning and analysis or related field.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
Experience developing and managing HR budgets.
Experience managing a team of HR planning and analysis professionals.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
