**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Conduct detailed analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Use statistical and analytical methods to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Support the implementation of HR technology solutions and ensure data integrity.
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g. SQL, Python).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data privacy regulations and ensuring data security.
