**Details of the Division and Team**:
Auditors work independently on audits and/or on tasks delegated to them within the scope for audits for a specific business/functional area/region and may sometimes work on multiple audits at the same time. They will evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to the risks within those business areas, working under moderate supervision, e.g. in complex situations.

They will proactively develop and maintain professional consultative working relationships within their own function and with stakeholders inside the bank and respective support areas. They will use a range of approaches to collect relevant information to assess key risks, resolve issues or carry out tasks.

They may occasionally participate in ad-hoc projects.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Reporting to a Principal Audit Manager, the key responsibilities of an Auditor in Group Audit - Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) APAC team are as follows:

- Executing audit work on the key controls performed by Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime functions to manage Compliance, Conduct and Financial Crime risks.
- Contributes to the prompt delivery of audit in conformance to the required GA standard and within budgeted days.
- Partnering with other audit teams (business/infrastructure/country) during audit engagement for an integrated approach in assessing the front-to-back internal controls to manage Compliance, Conduct and Financial Crime risks.
- Drafting high quality audit findings for review by the Lead Principal Auditor and Principal Audit Manager.
- Builds a respectable relationship with audit stakeholders through regular continuous monitoring meetings, communicating openly on potential findings and promptly escalates problems/delays.
- Presents complex and sensitive audit findings succinctly, comprehensively and in a professional manner.

**Your skills and experience**:

- At least 6 years of working experience in a Compliance role (audit and non-audit) in the banking industry, or with a regulator or Big-Four accounting firms. Sound audit, Compliance knowledge and experience, and a good understanding of the risk and regulatory requirements for Corporate Banking/Investment Banking/Wealth Management businesses in APAC.
- Good stakeholder management skills and excellent at presenting and closing audit findings.
- Knowledge of corporate and investment banking, and wealth management products
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, influencing, planning and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of auditing standards and concepts.
- Ability to multi-task assignments, prioritize workload with limited supervision and be resilient under pressure when faced with tight deadlines.
- Unquestionable personal integrity and ethics.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
