We operate in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Mexico - and have an ambitious expansion plan to bring a little bit of Sweden to new markets in the region. We are part of the Ikano Group of companies and the only IKEA franchisee owned by the Kamprad family that founded IKEA. The Digital department offers and maintains a set of digital and data solutions supporting customer experience, accessibility, efficiency and sustainable growth. As Chief Digital Officer, you are responsible to lead the digitalisation of Ikano Retail, the adoption of technologies across its business and the technology infrastructure
**Your assignment**
- Set the long-term digital direction, mapping digital and data capabilities to strategic priorities and plans.
- With your team, lead the development of the digital product and project portfolio, including its alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive customer experience, accessibility and productivity through digital solutions, as close to the customer and co-worker as possible.
- Empower stakeholders through data by gathering, storing and processing data points to provide forward-looking business insights.
- Provide a robust and scalable IT foundation for current and new solutions to thrive, enabling growth and adoption of new capabilities.
- With your team, lead the technology infrastructure and cloud movement.
- Built and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
**Qualification** Your profile**
We are looking for a senior leader who is passionate about developing business and people together in an omnichannel environment, and doing what’s best for consumers.
You bring:
- 7+ years of experience from senior leadership positions in a digital environment.
- A strong understanding - and recent experience - of the IKEA business.
- A strong understanding of digital solutions and technology infrastructures, and how they contribute to long-term growth and profitability.
You are:
- Visionary, able to inspire and engage a bigger audience.
- Innovative, able to challenge common ways of thinking.
- A value-based leader, able to unleash entrepreneurs.
