**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical **Cost Controller**to manage and monitor all cost-related activities across our production operations. This desk-based role is vital in ensuring accurate cost tracking, effective budgeting, and cost control initiatives to support business decision-making and improve financial performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed cost and variance analysis reports to management.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and support implementation of cost-saving measures.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reporting to reduce waste and obsolescence.
- Conduct financial analysis to support pricing decisions and investment evaluations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing relevant cost data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal cost policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the integration and maintenance of ERP systems related to costing.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or cost control, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other similar platforms).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
