Lead structural transformation of subregion ASEAN/TW regarding footprint, organizational structure, business scope, incl. potential M&A projects
- Define, drive and track key strategic projects in ASEAN/TW to enable subregion's growth ambition, incl. project planning & monitoring, project portfolio management, reporting, resource planning, etc. to meet long-term (strategic) target & goals
- Liaison with ASEAN/TW countries, incl. country heads, business line sales leaders as well as relevant functional leaders to reflect the dynamics & uniqueness of each country
- Support ASEAN/TW leadership team with key meetings (e.g. quarterly business reviews) preparation, OKR management, strategic & operational planning
- Act as strategic think-tank and sparring partner for Head of Subregion ASEAN/TW
- Create presentations for upper/top management
