**Manager / Senior Manager - Corporation**

**Job Description**:

- Report to Deputy Director - Corporate Innovation.
- Work with the Management team in strategic planning, developing and aligning its related programmes and services in corporate pillars (Corporate Membership Structure / Innovation Projects & Engagements).
- Work on business development, pursue sponsorships and promotion of the innovation services, corporate membership programme, innovation enabler programmes, startup scouting and innovation services (Corporate Membership and Corporate Innovation Projects).
- Provide consultancy and advisory services and cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders and partners and clients and establish and enhance strategic partnerships with local and foreign entities to create opportunities in driving co-innovation activities.
- Construct, organise and promote programme to corporates and stakeholders and providing ACE’s innovation services (Digital Transformation Exchange / Innovation Enablers Network / Startup Meetup Events / Corporates Workshops).
- Identify, pursue, organise, plan and lead other external events and programme with external organization.
- Development of programme budget, project charter and track programme budget utilisation to ensure effective use of budget and resources for projects.
- Develop project charters and programme playbooks.
- Assisting and developing cross department webinars.
- Work closely with other team members in meeting the organisation’s KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to the Management on the progress of the programmes and activities during meetings or in writing as and when as required.

**Requirements**:

- Good degree in any field with a higher degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity. Experience in managing Corporate Innovation Programme.
- Responsible, efficient, meticulous with clarity of purpose. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate as a team to achieve shared outcomes in a fast paced and dynamic environment is critical to success.
