Lendlease has an existing opportunity for an Assistant Village Manager to join our Retirement Living Village located at Parkland Villas Woodlands, WA.

Located in Woodlands WA, Parkland Villas Woodlands, consists of 220 self-cared for apartment units. The Village located on the outskirts of Perth and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and all the essential services are at the resident’s fingertips.

Lend Lease are looking for a hands-on Assistant Village Manager to provide resident focused service to Parkland Villas Woodlands. The Village Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Village Manager in coordinating contractors and managing day-to-day activities in the Village. The Assistant Village Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation and staff supervision for the Apartments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resident correspondence ie: letters, notices, meeting minutes, reporting, attend village meetings and manage wellness calendar
- Engaging with Contractors and assist with refurbishment projects
- Implement and administer company policies, strategies and plans to maintain resident satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Village residents and local community
- Ensure operational activity complies with Lend Lease standards and all laws and regulations applicable

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications and relevant or similar experience in Retirement Living, Hospitality or hotel management is highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and superb customer service /communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Staff management experience preferred
