**About Us**

As HDB’s IT arm, Information Services Group (ISG) drives the agency’s digital transformation implementation. You will be part of our recruitment team to drive Recruitment initiatives.

**What Will You Do?**
- Source for tech talents using various channels & platforms
- Be the one point of contact for the different recruitment stages
- Plan and organise in participating recruitment drives (Career Fairs, Tech Talks, Uni and Poly Events, etc..)
- Partner Universities and Polytechnics in providing internship opportunities for students
- Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil both hiring needs and bringing in quality tech talents to join HDB/ISG family
- Support recruitment team to collect and analyse data that is useful for strategic planning

**You Will Be A Great Fit If You**:

- Have experience in hiring tech talents (Eg: Software Engineers, Data Scientist, Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Project Managers, etc )
- Can work independently but also a great team player
- Believe in data driven results
- Have a creative and innovative mindset to think of different ways to improve our recruitment approaches, processes and strategies.
- Entry level applicants may also apply
