The Role

As a key contributor to the Sales team he/she will be given responsibility to lead high impact projects that drive the critical success factors within a professional Sales Environment.- Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement new & existing Sales Initiatives in the country- Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organisation and work together with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these activities.- Train new Sales People in basic Sales Processes and CRM processes.- Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality.- Analyse Weekly / monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.- Support Governance of Country Sales Incentive Plans including audit and review of Bonus & Commission payments.Support sales target setting process for Individuals within the country.Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.- Support Sales Team while working on bids and submitting their proposals- Work on ad-hoc requests by the sales team (e.g. sending out Quotations)
