**Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Governance & Quality**

You will support the Clinical Governance & Quality (CGQ) Department in leading the administrative functions for various clinical quality and quality assurance programmes. In carrying out the various duties, you will be required to work closely with the senior management, clinical chiefs and doctors, patient care staff and other CGQ staff members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support initiatives and projects related to clinical quality and patient safety in the hospital
- Provide oversight on admin and secretariat support for meetings and committees
- Supervise and coach staff in quality-related work
- Support the department in any other work as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare related discipline
- Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem solving skills, and resilience to perform well under pressure
- Able to write clearly and succinctly using English
- Good interpersonal skills, a team player, and detail oriented
