**II. JOB PURPOSE**
Secretary to C Levels **Substantive Grade **Finance
The role holder is responsible for Assist Accounting/Finance department for accounting and banking/treasury related activities to the CFO and other secretarial matters.
**III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Provide administrative support in preparation of meetings for the CFO.
To ensure professional support in order to enable them to organise their time and tasks efficiently and effectively.
Maintain records, reports and files up to date and organized.
Management Correspondence, meetings appointments, conference, calls etc.
Prepare reports, memorandums, presentation materials, and minutes of meetings including follow up actions
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the board
Assist in the implementation of corporate strategies by ensuring that the board’s decisions are properly carried out and communicated
ensure that the company meets all its legal obligations
Stay updated on relevant developments and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations
Assist Accounting/Finance department for accounting and banking/treasury related activities.
Assist other sr. finance team members to manage day to day finance/legal operation
Communicate adequately with all stake holders.
Will coordinate with external Company Secretary (advisors) to
Maintain the company statutory registers and records
Arrange for shareholder and director meetings
Lodge and file in time all necessary documents required by law
incorporate new legal entities.
This role will handle 80% secretarial matters and 20% accounting matters.
**IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Experienc **2-5 years of p experience. **e**
**Minimum Qualificat ions**
Degree in Law/CS/ACA/MBA
Experience in Financial planning and reporting.
Experience in working on accounting software along with excellent working knowledge in MS Office.
Analytical approach.
Exp as a Secretary.
**Work **5.5 days a week - ONSITE **days**
