**A. OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Overview**:As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales activites to achieve company growth objectives. Your role will involve executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners, and ensuring the attainment of revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Sales**:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
**Sales Operations**:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with pricing, underwriting, marketing, product development, compliance and operation team to align strategies and improve overall broker and client experience.Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute overall company strategies.
**B. QUALIFICATIONS**
- Tertiary qualification and/or professional insurance qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in account management role and IPMI
