Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Head Bartender in all job duties

Prefer employee to be an all-rounder, cleaning the workplace and helping the Bartender.

Prefer to have knowledge with alcohols and mixings to take over the job duties if Senior Management is on leave.

Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service in the bar

Mixing garnishing and servicing alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant

Helping guests to be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care during their visit

Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service

Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages

Bring dishes to approprite guests after inspected by the Expo.

Ensure guests have appropriate utensils for each dish.

Maintain par level of utensils and condiments

Perform side work as needed throughout the shift

Perform a rotating list of bar deep clean responsibilities.

Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the menu

Maintain a clean well-groomed professional appearance in accordance with our company standard

Ability to perform individually throughout the shift

String organizational skills and an attention to details

Knowledge and enthusiasm for beverages, beer, cocktails and spirits

Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes day, night and weekends

Must have a strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to clearly communicate operational tasks in English & Indian languages as this is an Indian restaurant & Bar.

Prefer the employee to work on weekends as the bar has an inflow of guests during weekends and public holidays, the weekoffs can be taken on a weekday.

Require top knowledge on concoctions with cocktails and mocktails
