Location: Central

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth and effective operation of the customer service department
- Lead the customer service team
- Manage and train Customer Service Assistants to handle all phone calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently in accordance to service standards.
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the customer service assistants to meet them on a consistent basis
- Attend, manage and resolve customers’ needs and complaints
- Improve and facilitate growth in good customer service satisfaction level
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Develop, implement and review customer service procedures, policies and standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
